複数のFacebookページを統合できるようになったらしいのだけど

このページ。これまで、複数のFacabookページを統合するには、それぞれのページの管理者である必要があったのだけど、このページから申請できるようになったようです。

ところがテストページで試してみたところ、うまく機能していないようでエラーが表示されてしまいました。「正式なFacebookページ」ってなんだろう。。

このページで報告されてる現象と同じっぽいなあ。

Fill in form and as a result the following error is produced:

It is unclear what needs to be done to fix this.
Expected Behavior:	Clear description on what need to be done to authenticate the Page
Actual Behavior:	I expect it to work, if not explain why?
